Everyone is on the go these days. A large majority of travelers need to be able to book through mobile more than ever. We provided design experiences across desktop and mobile with a seamless approach – elevating Hotwire’s products through more simple & faster booking experiences.
Seemless play, everywhere
We worked closely with BestBuy’s CinemaNow to rigourously research the user patterns within the media streaming industry. We learned that if we focus on connecting with the customer first on mobile, we can carry them to all platforms, keeping them engaged across all devices. The response has been extraordinary; streaming has now become Best Buys primary sales channel for TV and Movies and more.
Your wireless storage device
We established a new fully integrated design
system across Seagate’s online and offline experiences. After researching the clientele, we shifted the brand message to appeal to millennials and connected with them through targeted campaigns on web, social, mobile, retail stores and billboards.
Friendly modern skies
We worked closely with United to understand their customers better than anyone else. We developed comprehensive visual persona brand development experiences for United and anchored on the wistful, playful, friendly, and artist approach to their rebrand. The rebrand naturally led into the redesign efforts of their customer booking experience.
Easy home solar loans for all
We rebranded the Mosaic identity & web experience, carrying the rebrand onto all of Mosaic’s communications. The response has been overwhelmingly positive which has led to a massive improvement in Mosaic’s business success, partner engagement, sales process, including the
internal design culture.
