Transforming airport experience with self-serve payment solutions

Working with one of the largest airline groups, we explored self-serve payment solutions to eliminate terminal dependency and reduce passenger wait times. Through a VISA-led design thinking workshop, Behold Design contributed to strategy and concept development, which culminated in an interactive prototype of the chosen solution.
