Open Banking payment provider takes next step to elevate client experience

PayIT by Natwest is a payment solution enabling businesses and customers to benefit from the next generation of payments using Open Banking technology. Through collaborative workshops with PaytIT team we identified key areas for the design sprint – customer acquisition, onboarding and transaction data management and analysis. Behold Design was responsible for preparing user interface and experience concepts as an interactive prototype for user research sessions. We followed up with insights and recommendations based on two rounds of testing and design iterations.
